What's the difference between decals and murals?

Decals are designed to add a personalized graphic element to your space and are contour cut and sized to look great no matter where you place them. Murals consist of larger panels that can be used to cover whole walls or just a small section of a wall. Murals are produced with a premium wall material that is easy to install and adjust as needed.

How long will the graphics last?

As long as they are applied indoors, decals and murals can last years. It all depends on how they're treated.

Are the graphics removable?

Yes, the graphics are removable and repositionable but not reusable.

How do I install the graphics?

How do I remove the graphics?

Carefully peel back an edge of the graphic. Then, roll the graphic back on itself as you slowly pull it off of the wall.

What is your return policy?

Urban Cave stands behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied we will replace or refund your graphic within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning a graphic to Urban Cave.

How long will it take for me to get my graphics after I place an order?

Please allow 10 business days from the time you place your order to receive your graphics. All graphics are made to order and are shipped via UPS Ground within 4 days. You will receive an e-mail with tracking information when your order ships. You can also log into your account to view this information.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders $25 and above will be shipped at no additional charge via UPS Ground. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

Can I get a custom graphic made?

We have a team of designers on hand and will be happy to create a custom graphic for you. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to prepare a quote for your unique need.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Before you proceed to checkout, there is a field to enter discount codes on the "Your Basket" page.

What kind of wall works best with the graphics?

A smooth, indoor wall works best for our wall graphics.

Can I stick the graphics on objects other than walls?

While our graphics are designed for walls, they can certainly be applied to other smooth surfaces.

Are there any walls or surfaces that won’t work with Urban Cave Wall Graphics?

Yes. Any wall that is highly textured or recently painted (within a month or so) is not a good surface for Urban Cave’s wall graphics.

How long should I wait to apply graphics if I just painted?

It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for paint to cure properly and to be safe you may want to wait a month before applying any graphics.

Will Decals or Murals damage my walls?

While Urban Cave’s Wall Graphic material is designed to be easily removed from walls and other smooth surfaces, we cannot guarantee that your walls will be left undamaged. Please see our disclaimer for further information.
